To Celebrate International Translation Day 2017

The celebration of translation on September 30th each year dates back to the 1950s, and the establishment of the International Federation of Translators. The date chosen is the Feast of St Jerome, the patron saint of translators. This year International Translation Day was endorsed by a resolution of the UN General Assembly. Translation is a fascinating and important practice - creative, political, necessary. We're pleased to offer this collection of books on special offer.
